FOR YOUR AND OUR SAFETY

We kindly request you to accept and respect the rules mentioned below.

General rules

All instructions of employees of this hotel regarding our house rules must be obeyed. If you have any complaints you can call our front desk 24 hours per day through number 9.
During all circumstances we respect your privacy, however we are authorized to enter your room when our house rules are not complied to.
The usage of candles is prohibited in your hotel room.
In case of fire please remain calm. Please inform the reception desk immediately through number 9 and/or break the glass of the nearest fire alarm in the corridor.
If you hear a general fire alarm, please leave the hotel immediately.
In case of fire, please do not use the elevator.
At check-in a valid ID must be handed to our front desk employee. All guests must have the age of 21 to check-in. Minors are only allowed to stay in our hotel if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who has a minimum age of 25.
It is mandatory to present a valid ID. When a room is occupied with two guest both guests must be able to present a valid ID.
It is not allowed to let anyone who is not registered to the room stay the room. If guests, other than the guests registered to the room, are found in the room, you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
On multiple locations within the hotel there are security cameras. Anyone who is inside our hotel agrees with recordings made by these cameras. In case of calamities and / or incidents, these recordings can be shown to the authorities as supporting material.
Golden Tulip Ampt van Nijkerk is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
The management, the owner of this location and / or persons working for the hotel cannot be held liable for any injury and / or material or immaterial damage that visitors to the location may experience.

It is prohibited

To use the emergency exits as an entrance or exit, except in case of an emergency. When you open an emergency exit the front desk will be notified immediately through a silent alarm.
To take any belongings of the hotel out of the building. In case of deliberately damaging belongings of Golden Tulip Ampt van Nijkerk you can be held liable for the costs of repair and/or renewal.
To carry narcotics and to either use or distribute these narcotics.
To bring Nitrous Oxide inside our hotel and to use Nitrous Oxide on our property. If there is found Nitrous Oxide in your room you will be asked to leave the hotel immediately.
To cause nuisance to another i.e. loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind
To bring food or beverages to our wellness facilities
To rent the room in your name without staying in this room
To stay in the room with more than the reserved number of people.
To receive paying guest in order to provide sexual services.
To smoke in the room. If we find that there has been smoking in the room, we are forced to charge € 100 cleaning costs.
To take pets to our restaurant.

In all cases not covered by these regulations, the management of Golden Tulip Ampt van Nijkerk will decide.
